Access and use of our Web site, together with the sale and the purchase of products from the site, are governed by the terms and conditions set out below.

By using the site you agree to accept the following terms and conditions. By placing an order with BikerSpares Limited a contract between the customer and BikerSpares Limited will exist. BikerSpares Limited has the right to refuse or cancel an order if deemed appropriate.

Fulfillment
Please note that stock availability can not be guaranteed. If the goods are not in stock then we will be in contact with you to let you know. Payment is not taken from your credit card until stock has been checked and the order is ready for shipping.

Once you have placed an order with BikerSpares Limited an e-mail will be sent to you confirming your order details. A second e-mail will be sent once your order has been dispatched. It is important that you give us a valid e-mail address so you can receive these e-mails.

We currently only deliver to the UK (excluding channel islands) via the royal mail postal service. We hope to expand this service to cover other destinations soon.

Customer Support

Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order then please contact customer support as soon as possible. If you have yet to be charged then a cancellation will be simple. If you have already been charged then the order may have already been shipped out. Please contact us as soon as possible so we may be able to stop the delivery and refund in full, if not then you are welcome to return an order in an unopened condition at your own cost, for a full refund of the parts ordered (postage can not be refunded).

Delivery
We aim to get your order to your door within 48 hours, This will depend on time of order and our workload, but usually it will be between 24hours and 3 days.

Orders received after 5pm will be processed on the next working day

If you have not received your order within 5 days then please contact us so we can investigate the delay.

All orders over £100 automatically go by royal mail Special delivery at no extra cost. Parcels will require a signature. Please make sure there will be someone available at your delivery address. If you parcel has gone by "special" delivery you will be given an online tracking number.

Cost of postage will be charged by the weight of the items, this cost will be automatically worked out and displayed in your shopping basket before final checkout:

up to 100g = £2.50
up to 500g = £3.50
up to 1000g = £4.50
up to 1400g = £6.50
up to 1900g = £8.00
up to 3800g = £9.50
up to 5800g = £12.50
up to 7800g = £15.50

Returns Policy
If you wish to return an item then you must get in contact with us prior to returning the item so we are expecting it. It is important that you include your order number, found on your invoice, with the return so we can trace it back to you and deal with the return as quickly as possible and trace it back to you.

Non-faulty items must be sent back in their original unused condition within 14 days of the invoice date. Once received, we will offer an exchange or a full refund if required (for the cost of the parts only). You will be required to pay postage when returning your items back to us, we suggest all returns are sent with proof of postage in case the item is lost in post and we don't receive it. You can also return goods at our shop - Unit E, Pocket Nook lane, Lowton, Warrington WA3 1AW.

Faulty items are dealt with individually. On return we will inspect the goods; once we are satisfied the goods are faulty we will offer a replacement, exchange or refund (for the cost of the parts only).

Payment and Security
Currently BikerSpares Limited uses Google Checkout for its payment processing, therefore all processing is done by Google Payment Ltd which use 128 bit SSL secured servers to keep all private information secure.

BikerSpares Limited, to the fullest extent permitted at law, shall not be responsible for and disclaims all liability for any loss, liability, damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential), personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered by you or any third party (including your company), as a result of or which may be attributable, directly or indirectly, to your access and use of the website, any information contained on the website, your or your company's personal information or material and information transmitted over our system. In particular, neither BikerSpares Limited nor any third party or data or content provider shall be liable in any way to you or to any other person, firm or corporation whatsoever for any loss, liability, damage (whether direct or consequential), personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever arising from any delays, inaccuracies, errors in, or omission of any share price information or the transmission thereof, or for any actions taken in reliance thereon or occasioned thereby or by reason of non-performance or interruption, or termination thereof.

Privacy policy
Currently all payments are entered and processed by Google Payment Ltd, their Privacy Policy can be found at http://checkout.google.com/files/privacy.html?hl=en_GB.

Google Payment Ltd share limited information to BikerSpares Limited for processing and fulfillment purposes; this includes customer contact details (name, address, phone number, email) and order information (shopping cart contents and amounts).

All information shared by Google Payment Ltd is used for the purposes of the order and, if opted in, marketing purposes in the future. This personal information which BikerSpares Limited hold, via Google Payment Ltd and customer correspondence, is held securely in accordance with a strict security policy and the law.

We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties, by browsing and using this site some of your computer information will be logged for security reasons, none of this information is personal, only publicly viewable information such as your IP Address

Statutory Rights
The terms and conditions of the contract do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
